Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to maintain fast, resilient cloud services across our remote global teams. You will apply engineering rigor to operations, defining reliability targets and automating infrastructure to support scalable platforms.

You will work with AWS, EKS, Linux, and IaC tools, contributing to incident management, capacity planning, and observability. Fluent English is required for collaboration with international colleagues and customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in site reliability or DevOps engineering.
• Proven expertise designing and operating infrastructure on AWS.
• Hands-on experience running production workloads on EKS.
• Solid knowledge of Linux, networking, monitoring tools, and IaC.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Define service level objectives and track them to guide reliability work.
• Operate and scale containerized workloads on managed Kubernetes clusters.
• Build observability with metrics, logs, and traces that speed up diagnosis.
• Lead incident response and drive blameless postmortems to prevent recurrence.
• Automate toil through scripting and infrastructure as code.
• Plan capacity and performance improvements with engineering teams.
