Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Platform Engineer to build and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based internal platforms. You will bridge infrastructure and development to enable teams to deploy and scale applications seamlessly, while simplifying complexity.

You will design production-grade clusters, automate provisioning with Terraform and Helm, and implement GitOps with ArgoCD. The role offers 100% remote work, flexible hours, and a collaborative environment with global Top 1% talent.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proven expertise designing and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficiency with IaC tools, specifically Terraform and Helm.
• Hands-on experience implementing GitOps workflows with ArgoCD.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, container networking, and cloud-native security.
• Strong background building internal developer platforms at scale.
