A global logistics company in Lima, Peru is seeking an Administration Supervisor to manage daily office operations. This role requires 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and demonstrate strong customer service skills, as well as the ability to lead teams effectively.   • Contribute to process improvement, budget allocation, and cost reduction efforts.
  • Ensure contract compliance and manage vendor/supplies relationships.
  • Maintain attention to detail and stay well organized.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in similar roles: general office administration and team management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering or any related field.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
