Hitachi Rail Peru is seeking a qualified engineer to oversee the realization of signaling and telecom systems for the assigned project. You will check work quality, ensure compliance with design specs, and support the on-site construction planning and coordination with customers, authorities, and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, knowledge of local rules and standards, strong planning skills, and fluent English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and relevant technical background.
• 5–8 years of experience in signaling/telecom systems.
• Knowledge of local rules and standards.
• Proven planning and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HSE requirements.
• Knowledge of SIG+TLC systems.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure realization of signaling and/or telecommunications systems for the assigned project.
• Check the quality of the works against the project’s design and specifications.
• Ensure construction activities comply with the construction planning.
• Liaise with Customers / Authorities / Contractors / Partner/Subcontractors for site handover and/or materials take over.
• Ensure on-site compliance with the rules foreseen by the HSE.
• Support the optimization of the subcontractor resources.

• Checkthequalityoftheworks(e.g.complianceoftheworkswith the projects design and specifications)
• Ensurecomplianceofconstructionactivitieswiththeconstruction planning
• Liaise with Customers /Authorities /Contractors/ Partner/Subcontractorsforsiteand/ormaterialstakeoverand/or handover
• EnsurethecomplianceonsiteoftherulesforeseenbytheHSE
• Managementplan,fortheworksunderhis/herresponsibility
• Supporttheoptimizationofthesubcontractorresources
