BairesDev is hiring a Senior Workday Analyst (Compensations) to design, configure, and optimize Workday Compensation, Core HR, and Talent Management. You’ll build reports and dashboards, audit data integrity, and collaborate with HR to translate business needs into technical solutions.

The role is 100% remote with highly competitive compensation in USD or local currency, and a focus on global scalability with the Top 1% of talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Workday Analyst, HRIS Specialist, or related role.
• Proven Workday HCM, Core HR, and Compensation & Benefits configuration experience.
• Hands-on Workday Talent Management and Report Writer skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Senior Workday Analyst (Compensations) at BairesDev

As a Senior Workday Analyst (Compensations), you will configure, optimize, and maintain HRIS solutions focusing on compensation, core HR, and talent management. You will serve as a key technical resource, ensuring the HR ecosystem aligns with business needs and reporting requirements.

What You'll Do

• Design, configure, and manage Workday Compensation and Core HR modules to align with corporate plans.
• Implement and support Workday Talent Management processes, ensuring system capabilities are fully leveraged.
• Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Maintain data integrity through regular audits, system monitoring, and troubleshooting of configuration issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to translate business requirements into technical system designs.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Analyst, HRIS Specialist, or in a related role.
• Proven expertise in Workday HCM, Core HR, and Compensation & Benefits configuration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Talent Management and Workday Report Writer.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
