Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (CRM+ Platform) to join our talent network and collaborate with US-based clients on flexible, project-based development. You will integrate into client teams, learning the product and delivering features with speed and quality.

You will own end-to-end delivery, contribute to AI-assisted development using Claude Code, and work with Azure, SQL Server, and modern frontend frameworks like Vue.js and React/Angular.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with C#/.NET.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Vue; React or Angular experience transfers well.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong experience building and operating production systems on Azure.
• Solid experience with SQL Server - schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted development with Claude Code.
• Experience working on CRM or data-intensive platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Integrate into the client's team and collaborate with designers and engineers daily.
• Contribute to CRM+ platform development and delivery.
• Own features end-to-end from design through deployment and monitoring.

The Opportunity

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with deep expertise in C#/.NET.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Vue; React or Angular experience transfers well.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong experience building and operating production systems on Azure.
• Solid experience with SQL Server - schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted development. Hands-on experience using Claude Code as part of your engineering workflow.
• A customer-first, product-minded approach to engineering.
• Passion for contributing to customer discovery conversations, root cause analyses (RCAs), and occasional customer demos.
• Experience working on CRM or data-intensive platforms is a strong plus.
• Experience working with Datadog, Playwright, and other observability and testing tools a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Customer Success.
• A track record of owning projects end-to-end, from design through deployment and monitoring.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
