FullStack is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (CRM+ Platform) for remote collaboration with U.S. clients. You will join client teams, align with designers and engineers, and contribute to production deployments and monitoring.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering, strong C#/.NET and Vue, Azure experience, and English proficiency. This full-time, remote position offers growth and the chance to work with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in C#/.NET.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Vue; React or Angular experience transfers well.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Strong experience building and operating production systems on Azure.
• Solid experience with SQL Server—schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted development, including Claude Code in workflow.
• Customer-first, product-minded approach to engineering.
• Experience with CRM or data-intensive platforms is a plus.
• Experience with Datadog, Playwright, and other observability/testing tools is a plus.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• End-to-end project ownership from design to deployment and monitoring.
• CI/CD and automation experience.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience on large, complex systems.
• Willingness to take ownership daily.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with deep expertise in C#/.NET.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Vue; React or Angular experience transfers well.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Strong experience building and operating production systems on Azure.
• Solid experience with SQL Server - schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted development. Hands-on experience using Claude Code as part of your engineering workflow.
• A customer-first, product-minded approach to engineering.
• Passion for contributing to customer discovery conversations, root cause analyses (RCAs), and occasional customer demos.
• Experience working on CRM or data-intensive platforms is a strong plus.
• Experience working with Datadog, Playwright, and other observability and testing tools a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Customer Success.
• A track record of owning projects end-to-end, from design through deployment and monitoring.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work. Every day is a challenge to ensure you are performing to the expectations you and your team have agreed upon.
