Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Senior Software Architect to lead design of scalable SaaS platforms, focusing on cloud-native, API-first, microservices, and event-driven solutions. Remote-friendly across LATAM, the role emphasizes AI-assisted development, architecture leadership, and mentoring senior engineers.

You'll collaborate with Architecture, Product, Engineering, and DevOps to drive technical excellence, ensure security, performance, and quality across complex systems and teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in an Architect or Principal Engineer role.
• Expert-level experience with C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Angular 16+.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases, preferably Amazon DocumentDB.
• Proven experience designing enterprise SaaS applications using microservices, DDD, CQRS, and event-driven architecture.
• Strong cloud architecture experience with AWS, preferably, or Azure.
• Daily hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar.
• Experience using AI skills, commands, prompts, and agents for code generation, testing, documentation, debugging, and refactoring.
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, MCP, and agentic development workflows.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated code and establish best practices for AI-assisted software development.
• Excellent communication, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
