You will design async Rust services with Actix or Axum, optimize data access, and implement distributed protocols (gRPC/JSON-RPC) while collaborating with a diverse, global team. Strong English required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on systems programming.
• Strong expertise in Rust and building performance-critical backend services.
• Proficiency with web frameworks like Actix or Axum and asynchronous patterns.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, gRPC or JSON-RPC, and cloud deployments on AWS.
• Deep understanding of low-level networking and high-performance system architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
