BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer (Go) to design and maintain high-concurrency backend services and microservices powering our core infrastructure. You will work on scalable APIs, optimize database interactions, and containerize workloads in Docker/Kubernetes.

This role is 100% remote with competitive USD or local currency compensation. Candidates should have 4+ years in Go, strong cloud and API experience, and excellent English skills.

• 4+ years of professional Go development experience.
• Experience building high-concurrency backend services and microservices.
• Proficient in REST and gRPC APIs and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Implement efficient concurrency patterns to handle high-volume data and requests.
