Avows is seeking an experienced, highly technical, and accomplished Senior React.js Developer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience using React.js to join our banking and technology team onsite (WFO) in Jakarta, Indonesia, under a PKWT fixed-term contract. In this specialized frontend engineering role, you will spearhead designing, developing, testing, and scaling complex web applications, customer portals, and high-performance user interfaces for financial services. You will work closely with cross-functional product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to build responsive, secure, and intuitive web experiences powered by modern React ecosystems. Detailed Job Description:

As a Senior React.js Developer at Avows in Jakarta, you will take full ownership of architecting and building scalable single-page applications and enterprise frontend dashboards. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass developing clean, reusable React components, managing complex application state with Redux or Context API, integrating secure RESTful APIs, and optimizing frontend rendering performance. You will participate actively in Agile sprint planning, code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and conducting thorough cross-browser testing. Working in a collaborative onsite environment, you will translate intricate business logic into seamless user experiences while adhering strictly to enterprise security and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust enterprise web applications and user interfaces using React.js.
• Architect scalable component hierarchies, custom hooks, and efficient state management solutions (Redux, Context API).
• Integrate secure RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and authentication mechanisms within frontend applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional software engineering, product management, and UI/UX design teams in Agile sprints.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews, unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library), and performance profiling to ensure high quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
