A leading tech firm in Lima is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for a hybrid role. You'll manage large-scale supply chain applications, direct projects from initiation to deployment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have over 5 years in project management and familiarity with PM frameworks like Agile and Kanban. This full-time position offers competitive pay ranging from $80.00 to $85.00 per hour.

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager for large and medium-sized projects.

Overview

CDW is partnering with a client that is looking for a Sr. Project Manager for a 12 month contract with chance to extend. This would be a hybrid role with 2 days on-site required.

Base pay range

$80.00/hr - $85.00/hr

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale supply chain applications, both SaaS and custom development (non-ecommerce).
• Thrives in dynamic environments with minimal guidance.
• Proficient in various PM frameworks (Agile, Kanban, and hybrid), applying the appropriate model based on project needs.
• Experienced in implementing and enhancing SaaS solutions and custom developed software.
• Some development exposure but primarily focused on project management; understands the Scrum framework.
• Collaborates effectively with offshore development teams, on-site teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-value projects.
• Translates business requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage projects from discovery to deployment.
• Communicate with stakeholders, set expectations, and address risks and issues promptly.
• Coordinate resources, define budgets, assess effort levels, establish timelines, and ensure adherence to scope and schedule.
• Create status reports, facilitate project meetings, and develop project plans.
• Organize the team and convey ideas clearly.
• Deliver articulate communication, comfortable with executive-level reporting and audience awareness.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach to all projects.
• Operate as a self-sufficient leader with minimal direction.
• Adapt to a hybrid environment with developers and stakeholders across the US and offshore.
• Familiarity with toolsets like Jira and Confluence is helpful.
• Over 5 years of experience as a project manager for large and medium-sized projects.
• At least 3 years in a professional environment.
