BairesDev, a global software company, seeks a Senior Manual & Automation QA Engineer to join our 100% remote team. You’ll collaborate with top talent to ensure high-quality software across diverse projects.

You’ll design test plans, perform manual, regression and exploratory testing, validate APIs and UIs, and maintain CI/CD verification. 5+ years of QA experience and strong English are required.

Formación

• 5+ years of QA or Software Testing experience.
• Proven skills in test planning, test case creation, and manual, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Strong API and UI validation, defect tracking, and documentation.

Senior Manual & Automation QA Engineer at BairesDev

What You'll Do

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases based on system requirements.
• Perform structured manual, regression, and exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and defects.
• Validate API endpoints and user interfaces to guarantee functional reliability and a seamless user experience.
• Track, document, and manage defects, collaborating closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to optimize coverage and integrate verification steps into CI/CD pipelines.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
• Proven expertise in test planning, creating detailed test cases, and manual, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with API and UI validation, along with defect tracking and clear documentation.
• Solid exposure to test automation and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
