BairesDev is seeking a SDET (Junior/Mid) for a 100% remote role. You will design and implement automated testing solutions to ensure high software quality throughout the lifecycle, bridging development and QA with scalable tooling.

Requirements include 1+ years in QA or test automation, strong UI automation with Playwright/Cypress/Selenium, and programming in TypeScript/JS/Java. English proficiency is essential. Remote work is supported with USD compensation.

As an SDET, you will design and implement automated testing solutions to ensure high software quality throughout the development lifecycle. You will act as a technical link between development and quality assurance, building scalable tools that accelerate release velocity while maintaining system reliability.

What You'll Do

• Architect and maintain reusable test automation frameworks using modern web tools like Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.


• Design and execute comprehensive UI and API automated test suites to identify defects early in the production cycle.


• Integrate automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines to provide immediate feedback to engineering teams.


• Collaborate with developers during code reviews to advocate for testability and robust design patterns.


• Manage test data and environments to ensure consistent and reproducible results across diverse platforms.


• Analyze test execution reports to drive continuous improvements in coverage and overall system performance.

What We Are Looking For
