BairesDev is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to partner with business and IT to identify opportunities for AI and automation across enterprise processes. You will map processes, weigh value against effort, and translate ideas into prioritized requirements.

You’ll write acceptance criteria, manage the delivery backlog, and align stakeholders across finance and IT. 100% remote from anywhere; strong English required; experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Jira preferred; competitive USD

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Experience identifying opportunities for AI and automation.
• Experience eliciting requirements from business and IT stakeholders.
• Proficient in process mapping and prioritizing by value vs effort.
• Experience writing acceptance criteria and project manifests.
• Familiarity with backlog management in Jira or similar tools.
• Understanding of stakeholder mapping across finance and IT.
• Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite finance processes (P2P, O2C, or R2R).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
