Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Business Analyst & Workday to align business goals with Workday configurations for HR and finance teams. This role is fully remote, with international collaboration across a global top 1% tech talent pool.

You will design reports, security models, and integrations (EIBs/Core Connectors/RaaS), partner with stakeholders, and translate requirements into actionable system designs. Fluency in English is required; 5+ years of BA/Workday experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Workday-related role.
• Proven expertise configuring Workday HCM, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Strong hands-on experience in Workday security administration and reports writing.
• Solid understanding of Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with key stakeholders to analyze complex business needs and translate them into Workday configurations.
• Design, test, and implement custom reports, dashboards, and advanced security models within the Workday platform.
• Configure and optimize business processes and core system modules, ensuring structural integrity and high performance.

As a Senior Business Analyst & Workday, you will align business objectives with technical solutions within the Workday environment. You will serve as the primary expert in optimizing Workday modules, translating organizational requirements into functional system designs, and ensuring seamless platform configurations to support HR and financial operations.
