Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior GCP DevOps Engineer to join our talent network for flexible, project-based work with U.S. clients. You will integrate directly into client teams and collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver robust cloud infrastructure and CI/CD capabilities.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years of DevOps with GCP, Terraform IaC, Kubernetes, and strong English. This remote role offers growth, learning opportunities, and exposure to large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional DevOps with GCP.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Experience designing and provisioning cloud environments on GCP.
• IaC experience with Terraform.
• Kubernetes containerization/orchestration expertise.
• VMs and cloud compute experience.
• Understanding of load balancers and networking.
• IAM, permissions, roles, and cloud access controls experience.
• Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• JFrog/artifact management experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve complex issues and contribute to libraries.
• Ability to maintain CI/CD for applications.
• Attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience on large, complex systems.
• Ownership and accountability mindset.

The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Senior GCP DevOps Engineer.

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional DevOps Engineering experience with GCP.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven experience in designing and provisioning cloud environments using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically utilizing Terraform to manage production-grade environments.
• Deep experience in containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Practical experience working with virtual machines (VMs) and cloud-based compute infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of load balancers, networking, and traffic management.
• Experience managing IAM, permissions, roles, and cloud access controls.
• Skilled in designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with JFrog and artifact management is a plus.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
