Job summary

FullStack is seeking a Senior GCP DevOps Engineer to join our talent network and work on flexible, project-based development with US clients.

You will integrate into client teams, design and provision cloud environments on GCP, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Terraform and Kubernetes. The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and delivering reliable cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional DevOps Engineering experience with GCP.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven experience in designing and provisioning cloud environments using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically utilizing Terraform to manage production-grade environments.
• Deep experience in containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Practical experience working with virtual machines (VMs) and cloud-based compute infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of load balancers, networking, and traffic management.
• Experience managing IAM, permissions, roles, and cloud access controls.
• Skilled in designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with JFrog and artifact management is a plus.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
• Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.

Responsibilities

• Integrate into the client’s team and contribute daily on projects.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver cloud-based solutions.
• Design and provision cloud environments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Implement and maintain IaC with Terraform for production systems.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and artifact management (e.g., JFrog).
• Operate Kubernetes clusters and VM infrastructure; optimize networking and load balancing.
• Ensure secure IAM, permissions, and access controls.
• Apply Agile/Scrum practices to project work.
