BairesDev is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and build scalable data pipelines using Azure Databricks and Python. This 100% remote role collaborates with regional stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into reliable ETL solutions that ensure data is accessible enterprise-wide.

You will work with Pandas, SQL, and model APIs, driving governance with compliance and architecture teams in a global, multicultural environment that values initiative and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related field.
• Proven expertise with Azure Databricks, Python, and SQL for ETL delivery and data discovery.
• Hands-on experience with Pandas, LLM API integration, and prompt engineering.
• Spanish fluency for daily stakeholder interaction and independent client-facing communication.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
