Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Security Engineer (DevSecOps) to drive security into the software development lifecycle. You will bridge development, operations, and security teams, making security an intrinsic part of deployments across cloud-native environments.

You will implement automated security scanning in CI/CD, define Policy as Code with Open Policy Agent, manage secrets, harden containers, and promote secure coding.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Security Engineering, DevSecOps, or DevOps.
• Experience embedding security into CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows.
• Proficiency with security tooling such as Snyk, Trivy, or Aqua.
• Hands-on experience implementing Policy as Code using Open Policy Agent (OPA).
• Strong background in secrets management and securing containerized infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
