BairesDev is seeking a Cloud Security Engineer (Azure + AWS) to join our fully remote team. You will harden cloud infrastructure, secure containers, API gateways, and protect AI-enabled systems from emerging risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud infrastructure security experience (Azure or AWS).

• Advanced level of English.

Cloud Security Engineer (Azure + AWS) at BairesDev

In this role, you'll protect cloud platforms as AI becomes part of how they operate, bringing a security mindset to both infrastructure and agent-based systems. You'll work with engineering teams to build security in from the start.

What You'll Do

• Harden cloud infrastructure on Azure or AWS across compute, storage, and data layers.
• Secure container orchestration, API gateways, and networking components.
• Apply sound secrets and key management practices.
• Defend AI systems against risks such as prompt injection and data leakage.
• Apply least-privilege access to agentic tools.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure security on Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of AI and agentic security risks, such as prompt injection and sensitive data leakage.
• Background applying least-privilege principles, including access for agentic tools.
• Familiarity with securing container orchestration, API gateways, and networking components.
• Working knowledge of secrets and key management.
• Advanced level of English.
