Wagenborg Crew Management B.V. is looking for an Officer On Watch based in Lima, Peru. In this junior position, you will be responsible for the safe navigation of vessels and various deck-related tasks including maintenance and cargo management.

Formación

• Valid STCW Training Certificates are essential.
• Experience with general cargo trade is preferred.
• Must hold a valid Seafarer Medical Certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Perform navigational officer duties including voyage administration.
• Handle ship operational duties related to mooring and maintenance.
• Execute safety duties effectively.

Conocimientos

Good command of English language

Experience with mixed Nationality crew

Experience with general cargo trade

Educación

Valid applicable Certificate of Competence (OIC Navigational Watch STCW II/1)

Valid STCW Training Certificates

Valid Seafarer Medical Certificate

As an Officer On Watch you are responsible for various nautical and deck related tasks and duties. As an important team member on the bridge you are responsible for safe and efficient navigation of our vessels. Also on deck you take on various responsibilities and care for our vessels maintenance and the cargo of our clients

The Officer On Watch position is a Junior Position in which we expect you to show an open-minded, curious and investigative attitude.
