Wagenborg Crew Management B.V. is seeking a Chief Engineer to join our Shipping Fleet in Lima, Peru. In this pivotal role, you will lead the engineering team to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our General Cargo vessels. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance of machinery, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing fuel performance. Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Experience with general cargo trade.

Wagenborg Crew Management seeks a Chief Engineer to join our Shipping Fleet. In this role, you will oversee the engineering operations of our General Cargo vessels, ensuring safe and efficient operation of the vessel's machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team onboard General Cargo vessels
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
• Oversee maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
• Monitor and optimize fuel consumption and engine performance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
