Formación

• 2+ years in Sales Operations, preferably B2B SaaS.
• Experience using CRM systems and data visualization tools.
• Strong attention to detail and process-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and gaps.
• Support onboarding and training for new sales team members.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment in customer journeys.
• Monitor and ensure CRM data integrity.
• Assist in sales planning and performance reviews.
• Drive process improvements and recommend tools for efficiency.
• Act as strategic partner to Head of Sales.
