In this role, you will develop market entry strategies, expand customer resources, and conduct feasibility studies for sales operations. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in international trade and strong analytical skills. Basic salary ranges from 1500 to 2500 USD, plus bonuses and commissions.

We are looking for sales representatives with market sales Manager in Peru.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop regional market entry strategies, sales plans, and product localization solutions based on company objectives.
• Expand local customer resources (such as agents, distributors, and end clients), establish long-term partnerships, and drive sales growth.
• Conduct feasibility studies and development for warehouse-style sales in the responsible country.
• Collect and resolve customer issues related to supply, logistics, products, services, etc.
• Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure order execution and provide after-sales support.

Job Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Pipe industries and international trade, sales order follow-up, or sales operations.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, learning ability, and stress management.
• Familiar with trade policies, tax regulations (e.g., Peru's tax system), labor laws, etc., in Peru, ensuring compliance with business operations.
• Fluent in English and/or Chinese as a working language;
• Familiar with South American market characteristics (e.g., price sensitivity, emphasis on personal relationships).
• Able to accept overseas assignments or short-term overseas business trips.

Compensation

Basic salary + Bonus + Commission, Basic Monthly salary: 1500-2500 USD
