JOBSTODAY.WORLD in Austria is seeking Sales and Marketing Specialists to support our clients in driving sales growth, increasing brand visibility, and executing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and 2+ years experience; you will lead campaigns, generate leads, manage CRM data, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver results across multiple industries.

About the Role

We are hiring Sales and Marketing Specialists to support our clients across Austria in driving sales growth, increasing brand visibility, and executing marketing campaigns.

This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about sales, skilled in digital and traditional marketing channels, and motivated to deliver results across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize sales and marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels


• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads


• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies aligned with client goals


• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports for stakeholders


• Assist in creating marketing content, presentations, and promotional materials


• Participate in client meetings and support account management activities


• Manage CRM data and maintain accurate client records


• Support social media campaigns, newsletters, and other engagement initiatives

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field


• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a combined role


• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills


• Proficient with marketing tools (social media platforms, CRM software, email campaigns)


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions


• Results-oriented and self-motivated


• Ability to work on-site at multiple client locations across Austria


• Fluency in German; English is an advantage
