Moladin, Indonesia’s leading mobility fintech platform, offers end-to-end financing for used car and EV ecosystems. This internship role supports data analysis to identify portfolio trends and risks, while helping map workflows and roll out risk procedures.

You will work with data, Ops, Appraisal, Credit, and Product teams to improve data accuracy. We seek final-year or recent graduates in Finance, Economics, or related fields with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a willingness

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and a passion for working with data.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Sheets, Slides).
• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Support data analysis efforts to identify portfolio trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including mapping workflows, spotting inefficiencies, and supporting the rollout of new risk-related procedures.
• Maintain project trackers, timelines, and meeting documentation
• Assist in preparing and documenting data for new risk-related projects and credit strategy development.
• Standardize and clean data from various sources to ensure consistency across departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. Data, Ops, Appraisal, Credit Analyst, Product) to ensure data accuracy and consistency in the analysis process.
• Assist in quality control activities and support the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
