Assetara Limited is recruiting for a remote/global outreach role focused on outbound prospecting and qualification. The successful candidate will engage global prospects seeking passive income, trading, and crypto, using Zoho CRM to log activities and drive meetings.

We value self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to build a long-term network commission pipeline. English fluency is essential, with multilingual skills a plus; prior crypto/finance exposure is advantageous.

Formación

• 3+ months of proven experience in outbound call centers, cold calling, or telemarketing.
• Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to independently find and extract potential client contacts from social media and online networks.
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and a reliable remote work setup.

Responsabilidades

• Outbound sourcing from open sources and mapping fresh lead databases.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns (~50 dials for part-time / 80-120 for full-time).
• Qualify leads, present Assetara's product ecosystem, and book meetings/registrations.
• Log 100% of interactions in Zoho CRM daily with accurate statuses.
• Send personalized registration links via WhatsApp or other messengers for lead attribution.
• Meet performance metrics, aiming for a minimum of 300 valid 1-minute conversations monthly.
