Job summary

Mediclinic Al Ain Hospital is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide patient-centered care in a dynamic team setting. You will work under nursing leadership to ensure adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements, focusing on patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires collaboration with physicians and allied health professionals. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, and have current BLS/ACLS/PALS certificates, with UAE experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• Valid BLS, ACLS and PALS certificates are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team according to clinical standards and laws.
• Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety.
• Contribute to positive patient experiences by creating a supportive environment under nursing leadership.
• Supervise, mentor and coach learners and nursing staff to build competence.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
• Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership
• Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

valid BLS, ACLS and PALS certificate

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: At least two years in own country

Desired:UAE experience would be beneficial

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Basic Arabic language skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards
• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
