In this role, you will ensure products meet quality standards, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assist in root cause analysis. A diploma in textile studies and 3 years of relevant experience are required. Ideal for a detail-oriented individual passionate about quality control.

In the same spirit, Callaway Golf Vietnam is currently recruiting a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst, Apparel located in Chincha, Ica, Peru.

JOB OVERVIEW

Under direct supervision, the Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all products, materials, and production processes meet established quality standards and brand specifications. Incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to detect, report, and correct defects or inconsistencies, helping to maintain and enhance the reputation of our brand. This position will assist in creating reports on all findings to the QA Head/Supervisor or Head Quarter members as requested. Additional activities include new assignments to support QA initiatives and assisting the QA Head and Supervisor in root cause analysis and corrective action for routine and non-routine problems.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Product
  • Permanent on-site control quality output throughout product review meeting, inline inspection and final inspection for sample and bulk orders based on given quality requirements.
  • Identify quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions with factories
  • Identifying, organizing, and summarizing evidence to support conclusions about compliance with standards (such as PCPs) to QA Head and Supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate and complete quality records, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.
  • Be responsible for the data collection, reporting and analysis of defects.
  • Participate in development stages (Proto, SMS, PPM,..) to support in product risk mitigation.
  • Manage the maintenance & updates of product quality standards, documentation, and physical samples.
Process
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with the brand standards.
  • Participate or implement routine quality process audits to assess quality system risks of factories and follow-up with their CAP.
  • Proficiency in production and quality processes.
  • Basic English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
  • Diploma in textile or clothing studies.
