Job Overview

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our growing team. As a QA Engineer, you will identify and document defects, create comprehensive test cases, and execute thorough testing processes. You will work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to achieve a seamless and high‑performing user experience for our clients and customers. You will support the mental health journey of one million women with purpose‑driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care. Speed, adaptability, and a drive for continual improvement are essential.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing roles.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).
• Experience writing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
• Ability to perform regression, smoke, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Knowledge of database querying (e.g., SQL) to validate backend data.
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr, Xray).
• Exposure to mobile testing (iOS/Android) is a plus.
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
