Job summary

FullStack is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our talent network for flexible, project-based work with U.S. clients.

You will be embedded in client teams, collaborating with designers and engineers on a daily basis to build and maintain automated test suites powered by Playwright and AI tools. You will own E2E and regression tests for web applications, contribute to CI/CD improvements, and help drive QA excellence within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software QA automation.
• Advanced English required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience designing, building and maintaining automated test suites in production using Playwright.
• Experience integrating AI tools into a production QA workflow.
• Own automated end‑to‑end and regression test suites for web apps.
• Proficient in automated testing principles for web platforms.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum projects.

The Opportunity

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional software development experience with QA automation.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required.
• Has designed, built, and maintained automated test suites in production using Playwright.
• Has integrated AI tools or frameworks (e.g., GitHub Copilot, test generation tools, or LLM APIs) into a production QA workflow.
• Has owned automated end‑to‑end (E2E) and regression test suites for web applications.
• Well‑versed in defect tracking, bug lifecycle management, and core software QA methodologies.
• Proficient in automated testing principles for web platforms.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
