Bluelight is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead software development initiatives across the US and LATAM regions. You will own deadlines, coordinate multi-team efforts, and ensure client expectations are met through clear status reporting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of delivery experience, strong Agile leadership, and a proven ability to translate complex tech concepts for executives. Remote, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.

• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with critical-path and buffers.
• Experience managing client dependency registers with dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience with scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies and integrations.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams and client-facing reporting.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar tools and strong stakeholder communication.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Extensive background with large, complex systems and distributed teams.
• Able to overlap US business hours and hold extreme ownership for deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines (e.g., product launches, trade shows) with critical-path and buffer management
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines)
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams
• Ability to overlap US business hours
• Bachelor's degree required
