Job summary

Doka is seeking a senior professional to lead the Master Data Management and Data Migration workstream as part of the OneERP transformation. You will orchestrate business, IT, integration and migration activities across countries, ensuring alignment and high-quality data for the ERP rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Data Management, Computer Science, Engineering or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience leading complex ERP, digital transformation, MDM or data migration projects.
• Strong expertise in data migration, data governance, data integration and data quality management.
• Experience managing large-scale international projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Project management skills; PMP/PRINCE2 or agile certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fluent German and English language skills; additional languages are a plus.

As part of our global business transformation program OneERP, we are looking for someone experienced to lead the MDM and Data Migration workstream across our international organization. In this strategic role, you will orchestrate business, IT, integration and migration activities, ensuring that high-quality, harmonized data enables a successful ERP transformation. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions and countries, driving alignment, governance and delivery excellence throughout the entire project lifecycle.

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 53.810 EUR according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
