BairesDev is seeking a seasoned Python Architect to define the long-term technical vision for Python systems and infrastructure. You will mentor leaders and drive architectural decisions with broad impact across a global, 100% remote team.

You will collaborate with engineering leadership to align technical direction with business goals, elevate engineering standards, and solve the toughest challenges facing our scalable platforms.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience with Python development and system architecture.
• Expert knowledge of Python, distributed systems, and large-scale software design.
• Strong track record of solving complex technical problems with significant business impact.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and influence organizational direction.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, performance engineering, and operational excellence.
• Advanced level of English.
