Chubb is seeking a Pricing Analyst to interact with IT and Commercial teams across Latin America. You will use internal and external data to generate adequate rates for A&H business development.

The role involves building pricing models into Radar, monitoring price variables, and recommending improvements to standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, ensure data quality, and provide insights to drive profitability.

This position will be responsible to interact with different teams throughout the company from IT to Commercial – this person will be responsible to use data from internal and external resources to generate adequate rates for the development of A&H business

Key Responsibilities

• Develop pricing models of current/new products into Radar for A&H products in Latin America
• Recommend improvements to pricing standards;
• Prepare rate development/review analyses as required;
• Monitoring the main variables of the pricing to keep profitable products;
• Work with the databases and clean up to proper use in daily activities of Pricing team;
• Monitor data quality and recommend improvements to data capture and processing
• Provide insights and propose rate monitoring for A&H Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong pricing experience, preferably with system-integrated pricing models. Experience working with IT on system-wide model implementation and/or data restructuring would be a plus.
• Understanding KPIs such as COR, ULR, rate change, and their relation to profitability.
• Ability to work with a broad range of partners, from technical to strategic.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak credibly about pricing and challenge in a constructive manner.
• Proactive and meticulous, without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of ML and AI.
