A global software development company is seeking a Tech Lead to own the development of a modular SaaS platform. The role requires strong technical skills in Node.js and Python, alongside hands-on leadership in a full-stack environment. Responsibilities include defining the system architecture and integrating AI modules. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility based on performance and project completion, with payment through Deel in soles or dollars.

• Practical knowledge of PHP for refactoring and migrating legacy modules.
