CloserHire is seeking a Junior Performance Marketer to help operate and optimize adult acquisition campaigns across RTB, native and push traffic. This remote role focuses on Europe and Asia, with potential progression toward owning larger budgets and independent decisions.

The successful candidate will have hands-on campaign experience, strong numerical skills, and fluency in English. B2B contracting is preferred, and the position offers a fully remote setup with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Recent hands-on campaign execution.
• Personal campaign/spend ownership.
• Proven optimization decision-making.
• Understanding of CPA, conversion, ROAS and basic LTV.
• Creative testing experience.
• Strong numerical reasoning.
• B2C or DTC experience.
• Full comfort with explicit creatives.
• B2B contractor acceptance.
• Fluent English (C1/C2)
