Una empresa internacional busca un Especialista en Operaciones de Personas para gestionar el proceso de contratación, asegurar la precisión de datos y seguir políticas locales. Responsabilidades

• Gestionar y controlar el proceso de contratación de empleados.
• Responsable de la gestión de datos con especial atención a la precisión.
• Asegurar que las contrataciones se realicen a tiempo y correctamente.
• Notificar a las partes interesadas de manera correcta y a tiempo.
• Asegurar que la migración de datos a sistemas de nómina sea oportuna.
• Seguir los procesos y políticas locales/regionales.
• Contribuir a la mejora continua aprovechando la tecnología.

Overview

Unilever está en búsqueda de un People Operations Specialist (HIRE).

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the employee hire process, including: document validation, generation, data input on Workday and all actions related to the process of hire.
• Responsible for data management, with a special attention to data accuracy, compliance and completion within the People Systems (Workday).
• Make sure hires are made on time and correctly to avoid any payroll, legal and security impacts.
• Make sure key stakeholders are notified correctly and on time making sure there is no impact on stakeholders processes.
• Make sure that all the data migration to payroll systems are on time to avoid employee impacts.
• Responsible for following the local / regional processes and policies and ensuring that teams are applying those consistently.
• Align with Continuous Improvement mindset leveraging technology and contribute to the simplifications, refinement and operational excellence
