Procter & Gamble in Lima, Peru, invites active undergraduates to join the Peru Internship Program. This part-time role spans 12-18 months, with responsibilities across multiple departments such as Brand Management, Finance & Accounting, HR, Sales, or Product Supply.

Start date is as soon as possible and accommodations for disabilities are available. You will own projects from Day 1, receive mentorship, and have opportunities to transition to a full-time role after successful completion.

Job Description

Title of the Position: Peru Internship Program

Location: Lima, Peru

Work Hours: Part-time with flexible working hours.

Profile: Active undergraduate student with a background in Engineering, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration.

Duration: 12-18 months.

Qualifications: Graduation date must be between December 2027 and July 2028 to be eligible. English Advanced.

Start Date: as soon as possible

The P&G Internship program offers promising undergraduate students the opportunity to grow as business leaders by stepping into the shoes of a P&Ger for a minimum of 12 months at our Lima offices. You will join one of our departments – Brand Management, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Sales, or Product Supply – and work on projects during your internship.

Some of your tasks will be:

We are looking for a student who:

• Is an active undergraduate student with 12-18 months left to graduate. (Graduation date must be between December 2027 and July 2028)
• Has written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Displays strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving and an end-goal oriented attitude.
• Is driven to overcome barriers or setbacks to consistently deliver strong results.
• Is comfortable collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds and experiences.
• Shows strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow as a professional.
