NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking an Overnight Assistant Residential Supervisor for our Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) located in Westborough, MA.
Assistant Supervisors are responsible for assisting the Supervisor in the safe running of all shifts. Additionally, the Assistant Supervisor will provide supervision of residential counselors and will oversee the running of shifts in the absence of a Supervisor.
NFI’s two, fifteen bed IRTPs are state-wide residential programs for adolescents who have a serious mental illness and/or severe emotional and/or behavioral disturbances. The two programs provide vigorous treatment in a locked setting for youth who are unable to be safely treated in a less restrictive setting. The programs are highly resourced with highly trained and credentialed staff which include child psychiatry, nursing, occupational therapy, clinical services, in-house education and therapeutic milieu.
Job Requirements:
Hourly Rate: $23.50/hour
