Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Lima is seeking a Medical Representative (Oral Care) to promote our oral care portfolio to dental professionals and drive in-clinic sales. You will visit dental clinics, provide technical product information, and support patient-oriented campaigns.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in dental/healthcare sales, a valid driver’s license, and an intermediate English level. Hybrid work arrangement and strong CRM usage are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years of sales experience in Oral/Dental Care, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Own vehicle for work use and driver's license.
• Intermediate English level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive demand and sales of therapeutic Oral Care products to pharmacies and dental clinics.
• Execute territory visit plans and provide technical product information and materials.
• Manage relationships with dentists and Key Opinion Leaders to increase recommendations.
• Engage stakeholders at health sector events and develop alliances.
• Monitor professional accounts and track in-clinic sales growth.
• Identify market trends and competitor strategies and keep up with scientific literature.
• Use CRM daily to document visits and manage inventory of samples and materials.

As an Medical Representative (Oral Care) in Lima, you will be responsible for positioning the leadership of our Oral Care products with dental health professionals. Your goal is to ensure that Colgate is the preferred brand for both personal and professional use, and that it is actively recommended by dentists to their patients, while meeting assigned sales objectives.

• Driving Demand and Sales: Increase the demand for therapeutic Oral Care products in pharmacies and drive direct sales to patients within dental clinics.
• Territory Execution: Execute detailed visit plans to dental clinics, providing technical product information, samples, and promotional materials.
• Professional Relationship Management: Manage and segment the portfolio of dentists (including Key Opinion Leaders or KOLs) to increase recommendations and ensure professional loyalty.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in professional events, develop alliances with key stakeholders in the health sector, and use the "Triple Win" methodology for communication.
• Account Monitoring: Classify, optimize, and follow up on professional accounts to monitor their evolution and in-clinic sales growth.
• Market Intelligence: Identify and report new market trends and competitor strategies, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of scientific literature.
• Administration and Reporting: Use the CRM system daily to document visits, enrich the database, and control/report inventory levels of samples and materials.

• Bachelor's Degree
