AECOM is actively searching for an experienced MiningProposal Manager to work with our global mining team based in Lima, Peru or Charlotte, NC.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading key proposals and presentations, providing support and guidance from pre-RFP positioning and capture through to interview stage as required; as well as leading proposal teams that support mining or other environmental, infrastructure, and water related contracts.
The ideal candidate will offer experience across LATAM and U.S.-based proposals, exceptional proposal writing and leadership skills, a track record of rigorous compliance, proven pre-positioning and capture experience, and innovative design thinking
