Formación

• 2 years minimum experience as an interpreter.
• 1 year minimum experience as an interpreting team leader.
• Willing to work on site.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct video remote interpreting, mainly medical interpretation.
• Monitor worker calls to ensure accurate interpretation.
• Evaluate team members based on performance feedback.

Medical Interpreter Team Lead

Hello, MAGNUS is a company that for over 20 years has been providing language services for diverse clients specifically within the healthcare industry. We are currently looking for a medical interpreter team lead.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish - English)
• Experience as an interpreter (2 years minimum)
• Experience as an interpreting team leader (1 year minimum)
• Willing to work on site at our office in Surco

Tasks

• Video Remote Interpreting, mainly medical interpretation
• Work in compliance with HIPAA
• Monitor other workers calls to ensure accurate interpretation
• Provide feedback to the team you are leading
• Evaluate team members to assess improvement based on feedback
• Supervise that team members are working at the appropriate times and following interpreters’ standards of practice
