2 Brothers Moving & Delivery in Medellín is hiring founding sales reps to sell premium residential moving services to US customers. You’ll listen, diagnose needs, and close booked moves with a consultative, non-scripted approach.

You’ll join a lean team on the ground floor, shaping the playbook as the office grows toward multiple locations. Expect a performance-driven $1,600–$2,200 monthly package with base pay and ongoing commissions.

Formación

• Must have English at C1 level or higher.
• Must listen, adapt, and solve rather than push a script.
• Be able to show sales results with numbers from any industry.
• Comfort with outbound: cold calling and persistent follow-up.
• Legal authorization to work in Colombia.

Responsabilidades

• Consultative Sales - take moving inquiries from first call to booked move and close.
• Outbound & Follow-Up - relentlessly pursue your pipeline with calls and follow-ups on every open quote.
• Customer Experience - follow up after the move, resolve issues, and earn reviews and testimonials.
• Process Discipline - keep the CRM accurate and follow the sales process.
