Management Consulting Student - Advisory

You will be joining the regional consulting team at Hatch, where collaborative work and problem-solving skills will be central to your daily activities. Join our team today!

Responsibilities and functions:

• Development of various activities that support the execution of consulting projects, such as: data and technical document analysis, preparation of statistical graphs and visual boards, development of process flowcharts, etc.
• Review and understanding of project information, mainly mining and metallurgical, in all disciplines and throughout the lifecycle of a project (Transformation projects, operational excellence, transactions, asset management, etc.)
• Support and participation in the problem-solving process of ongoing services, as well as in the development of proposals for potential clients

What characteristics and capabilities are we looking for:

• 2025 graduates in engineering (chemical, metallurgical, mechanical, electronic, mining, civil, and industrial) and economics, belonging to the top 5%
• Proactive professionals with critical thinking, exceptional analytical and communication skills
