PetroSea seeks a seasonedMaintenance Planner to oversee day-to-day site asset activities, uphold quality assurance, and drive equipment reliability in a mining setting. The role emphasizes safety, cost control, and adherence to international standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years in heavy equipment maintenance, plus 2+ years in a leadership role; English fluency is advantageous. KKNI Level 6 evaluation may be considered.

Formación

• Seven years of experience in the field of work.
• Two+ years in a leadership role.
• Qualifications and certificates in relevant trades/duties.
• Experience performing mechanical work to maintenance standards (PTP and OEM).
• Broad knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance.
• Good understanding of mechanical availability and repair methods.
• Understanding of mining requirements and production targets.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and review day-to-day activities of site asset team to ensure quality assurance and reliability.
• Control Maintenance Planner to minimize exposure to personnel and environment by identifying hazards during planning.
• Plan, organize and direct asset and maintenance operations to ensure readiness of assets.
• Analyze, evaluate and forecast short- and long-term asset management financials.
• Develop initiative plans to optimize maintenance costs through manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and the SHE Management System to meet ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards; achieve target Zero LTI.

• Monitor and review day to day activities of site asset team in execution in term of quality assurance process in order to achieve best in class equipment reliability, effective cost and safely.

Control Maintenance Planner to minimise exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages. Exposure to personnel and environment has been successfully minimized.

Plan, organize and direct the asset and maintenance operations to ensure the most effective readiness of assets. Asset readiness is proven to be most effective.

Analyze, evaluate and recommend short and long term Asset Management financial forecasting. Short and long term asset management financial have been forecasted successfully.

Develop initiative plans and processes which optimize maintenance costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital to ensure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules while ensuring product standard that will exceed customer's expectation. Product standards exceeded costumer's expectations.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Any major

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Min. 7 years experiences, Previous experience in field of work, with min 2 years experience in a leadership role
• Qualifications and certificates in field of trade/required duties
• Conducts mechanical work to PTP and OEM maintenance standars to help achieve high mechanical availability
• Broad knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance
• Good understanding of mechanical availability and correct repair and maintenance methods
• Good understanding of mining requirements and production targets
• Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage

Certification

• If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 6.
