A manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Liquid Injection Molding Operator in Lima, Peru. The role involves operating heavy-duty Rubber Presses, following specific methods to mold rubber products, and ensuring quality control. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to perform basic calculations. This position operates Monday to Friday, from 3 PM to 11 PM.

Formación

• Ability to complete counting and basic computations.
• Ability to accurately enter data into the computer.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Overview

Da/Pro Rubber is currently looking for an experienced Liquid Injection Molding (LIM) Operator to join our team at the Owasso, OK location.

This facility is located at 6712 N. Canton Avenue, just off Hwy 75 and 66th St North. This position is scheduled to work Monday to Friday 3 PM - 11 PM.

Responsibilities

• OPERATES heavy-duty Liquid Injection Rubber Press that ranges from 20-Ton to 100-Ton to form rubber products from Liquid Silicone Rubbers as specified by blueprints, layout, and templates.
• Follows the sequence outlined in the Method of Manufacturing (MOM), applying knowledge of physical properties of rubber and the flow process.
• Informs the Shift Lead if changes in the process occur or if problems arise with the molded rubber part.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and communicate details logically and accurately in English
• Ability to complete counting and basic mathematical calculations
• Ability to record information in writing and to enter data accurately into the computer
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally: reach above shoulder with both hands, lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently: lift upward with both arms outstretched, count and calculate, communicate details
• Constantly: stand, reach outward with both hands, handle/touch, wrist and elbow flexion, rotation and articulation
• Other: Near point non-color vision, sense of touch, tolerance for temperature in a non-controlled environment
