EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Host Developer in Lima to design and evolve core banking mainframe solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop COBOL on IBM z/OS, and drive AI-assisted enhancements to mission-critical systems.

You will ensure high-availability, reliability, and performance while collaborating with QA, integration, and security groups. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required and a proactive, hands-on leadership style is valued.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• At least 1 year of experience leading and managing development teams.
• Hands-on COBOL development on IBM z/OS with JCL and CICS.

We are seeking a talented Lead Host Developer to join our team. In this role, you will take an active part in designing and evolving vital mainframe solutions that support core banking operations.
