Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to join our fully remote team. You will design and build reusable AI asset libraries, APIs for catalogs, and robust prompt engineering practices that produce structured outputs.

You will work with Python, LLMs, React, and modern tooling to ship high‑quality software for a global client base while collaborating with a Top 1% talent community and enjoying flexible hours and international opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with LLM application development, including prompt engineering, structured outputs, and prompt versioning.
• Proven experience building reusable AI asset libraries such as skill or prompt catalogs, templates, and metadata search.
• Experience designing APIs for library or catalog services, including CRUD, tagging, versioning, access control, and MCP.
• Experience with React.
• Background with component libraries and portal UX.
• Experience with prompt evaluation and testing, including golden sets, regression testing, and quality scoring.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
